Step 1. Order

ORDER FORMS
Submit our online
order forms
. This is where you confirm your product details
as well as contact, billing and shipping information.
Step 2. Payment
METHODS
OF PAYMENT
Terms of
payment
- as stated in our
terms of business your order must be paid in full before it
will be released. You will find a section on our order forms that
requests your payment information.
Step 3. Master
SUPPLYING YOUR CD
CONTENT
Your
master content
is
deemed to have been received in "final form". This means it
is ready for production without the requirement for changes
or modifications of any kind.
Step 4. IPR Form
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RELEASE FORM
An
IPR Form
(Intellectual Property
Release Form) must be submitted for every new order. This is
where you state if you are the intellectual property owner
of all content on your Master.
Step 5. Artwork
ARTWORK
FILES
Your artwork files must
be supplied to our
artwork specifications
and on our
design templates
, and
they are deemed to have been received in "final form". This
means your artwork files are ready for production without
the requirement for changes or modifications of any kind.
Step 6.
Submitting Your Assets
PROVIDING
YOUR ORDER ASSETS
This is
the final step
in
the ordering process where you submit your remaining
production assets to us.
